First attempt with bare metal foil left gum reside. Any tips as to how to remove it?

A couple years ago, already, I bought an opened kit. Now that I’m assembling, I discovered that the clear parts are missing. The clear windows and red tail lights. I’ve had good success locating missing parts on this forum in the past. Can anyone help? Located! Thank you MCM!
