  1. I'm really liking this build James. Please keep us posted on your progress. I'm planning a build of one of Maynard's Falcon asphalt modifieds. Your Ford just might give me the motivation to get going on it!
  2. To each his own. No offense taken.
  3. Mostly beer here.
  4. Finished the interior, now on to BMF, final details and assembly
  5. Outstanding work there Mopar Don! I'm looking forward to see what's next on the your bench!
  6. Nice work Raul, The whole package works well together. I especially like what you did with the interior. Looks great!
  7. Outstanding detail work. Looks like you're charming that snake!
  8. Great effort Clay. I think you should pack it all back up and return it to Target for a good one. JMHO
  9. Good job Don. We don't often see a Hi Po wedge with one 4BBL anymore. I like it! BTW nice texture on the air cleaner
  10. Thanks for your interest Dave. I cobbled these rims together using the mags in the first issue ReveloGram 37 Ford sedan kit. I hogged out the centers, then trimmed and fit some center steelie sections from parts box rims. The caps are from the last issue '70 Road runner kit.
  11. Hi all, I finished the chassis and wheel set last night. Just a few touch ups here and there and I'll be ready to move on to the interior. Checking the stance here with a spare body.
  12. Can't say that any one type of music "inspires" me to build. Usually about three cups of good coffee on a stormy Saturday or Sunday morning gets me going.
  13. Yeah, got a few. Need some??
  14. Incredible detail Don! I like the factory style paint daubs on the diff.
  15. Smoooooth! That MCW laquer should lay down like glass !
  16. Now that's my cup of tea!!!! Kool project Keith!
  17. So where's the Lear eight track player ? In the glove box with the Led Zep tapes?
  18. Hey Clay, it's not that easy, at least not for me!! This job took about a solid 90 minutes of focused attention to finish. I used testor's metallizers brushed out of the jar with various sized brushes, reading glasses, a support for old my shakey hand and lot's of patience
  19. I added the rear shocks today. From the parts box, to look like period Gabriel Hijackers. I thought they would be just about right with the Lakewood traction bars.
  20. Yeah, I got an old Plymouth goin' on. Thanks for that. Hey is that thing gonna have scale roll up windows?
  21. Lookin' good Don! The details and flocking job are superb. I like the ignition key and fob too. Can't wait to see more of this little Mopar beauty
  22. I finished the mill, polished the body, blacked out the appropriate panels and this weekend I worked on the chassis . Just need to find some good rear shocks to simulate Gabriel Hyjackers and I'll be ready to put all this together and move on to my least favorite part of a build....the interior
  23. Nice, always one of my favorite GTP's from that era. Looking to seeing your progression with it.
  24. #11 X-Acto and sanding sticks.
  25. Anything American and most 50's and 60's British, German and Italian.
