  1. I too, use this daily, if not more than once a day. Quick and easy.
  2. Welcome, if you would like added support look into our club, Louisville Model Car Club. Small group but some very good builders. We meet the first and third Thursdays of each month.
  3. In your opinion, on a kit with opening doors or trunk, would gluing them shut move that model out of the "Box Stock" class.
  4. Does anyone know of a resin caster that makes this body? Ed Fluck, jr. did at one time, I am looking for one for a special gasser project. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
  5. After years of rattle cans, I still do some, bought a Mikata compressor from amazon and an Iwata airbrush from Chicago airbrush supply. Checked prices and deals everywhere and these were top shelf stuff at a great price. Good luck with both the hunt and your new adventure.

  8. Looking for suggestions for a good quick change rear end, either kit or aftermarket. I tried a modification to a stock Ford rear end and I am not satisfied with my results. It will be used in a 32 Ford street rod if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Hope to answer your inquiries, The decals are from Decals by Lucas (really easy to apply), the paint is a Testors rattle can with Wet Look clear ( I don't airbrush,yet), the headers are .062 solid core solder with resin collectors from Replicas and Miniatures.   13. I am looking for Cragars and slicks that are right sized for use on Willys gassers. Any suggestions? Kit or aftermarket sources, makes no difference to me.

  15. Louisville Model Car Club is holding it's 24th Model show and swap meet. NEW LOCATION: Holiday Inn Louisville East, 1325 S. Hurstbourne Parkway, Louisville, KY 40222. Located right at Interstate I 64 and Hurstbourne. Show starts at 9:00 with judging beginning at NOON. All 75 vendor tables have been assigned. Hope to see you there.

  20. Bought three sets of Pegusas "T's" (#1274) at a flea market for $10 yesterday, now for my question. I have not used these before and I was wondering about the sleeves to make them 19" wheels. I looked on the Pegasus site but could not figure out which sleeves would work. Any of you guys give me the correct part number to use with the T's I bought. Thanks in advance for your responses.

  23. Been away from the hobby for a while, can't recall if this is possible. Did run the spoon test with out incident. Do you folks have any success or horror stories concerning Duplicolor over these two paints. Thanks ahead of time for all responses.
