Chopped this a couple years ago decided to start working on it. Painted he 37 last night after I did some mor body work. Frgot to take a before pic of the bodywork. I molded the headlights in and molded some tailights in and cut out some spots where the exhaust tips will be when he model is done. This was all painted with Testors new One Coat paint. will let i gass out and polish it later has a few dust bunnies in it. The paint was sprayed from the can into my airbrush. this is some nice paint Just would be nice if testors would use the nozles like Duplicolor uses.

Well this is just part of mine and it was taken 3 years ago added about the same amount that shows in the picture since. I was at 1000 kits 2 years ago have sold some and bought some.

czn't be sexier that nose looks like someone smiling at you. Don't get me wrong i like the Camaro much better looking that the Chrysler products but if they would go with a 69 Camaro nse look that Camaro would look killer!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing if i got thids figured out

here is a picture I took with a Cannon Powershot A540. I used a table top studio i bough at Walmart for $50. I used the 2 light and the 6 inch tripod that comes with it. The camera was set on Auto flash off and macro on. Also it was set on the next to last resolution would check but my wife has the camera right now. The chopped 40 Ford was taken wih the same settings and outside.

Also you might want to use the Macro setting if the camera has it

Well i work for the largest Battery Manufaturing Plant in the world. Been Building Car batteries for the last 27 years. We build 11 million batteries a years. Most of the batteries you see in cars were probably built by our plant in Salina Kansas. As Exide Technologies plant here supplies our plants distribution centers all across the Western half of the USA. Our Bristol plant jus won the contract to Build bateries for BMW.

I have somr that are still sealed and on Display. Most of the time I open the kit if it is one I didn't have or it is a new relase. Since i have over 1000 kits most of them are sill sealed though but i open them if i am going to build one and need a part for another project.

This one will take a lot of work to get running!!

Well being In Kansas don't see to many drivers but before they opened the track at KansasCity.Some of the drivers would come to the topeka track and race on the road Course over there the front stretch is the drag strip for thr NHRA.Here is a list of drivers I met. Dale Earnhardt Kenny Schrader Boris Said Micheal Waltrip Darrel Waltrip Rick Hendrick he actually race a truck at Topeka one year Johnny Benson before he raced in Winston Cup Mark Martin Bill Sedgwick was on the pit crew for the weekend Glenn Jarret came into our pits during the race Ron Hornaday Mike Skinner NHRA drivers John Force Eddie Hill Talked to him for like 20 minutes in a off the beaten path Qwik shop type store one of those mom and pops owned stores. He was one of the nicest guy to talk to. Nobody even knew it was him until he drove off in his Pennzoil truck Don Prodhome There were a few others just have to jog the old memory button to see if I can rmember them.

Well to me I think Leon tefts 41 willys Should be on this list.Anything Steve boute builds is a good cndidate but I think the 51 chevy is the best. One of my Friends Pat Dunnivan His 41 Willys Roadster also should be on that list. Todd

I met Mark One time at a contest in Kansas City and he was one of the nicest guys I have ever ment . He did in the last couple years have some Health issues and as of 12-30.07 those issues caught up with him and he passed away on that day. I received an email from his wife the 4th of this month stated that. Todd

Did this one right after Revel came out with the 40 Ford Standard coupe. Had the top cut off 3 hours after the kit was opened. The wheels and tires are pegasus Hela's. I used the frame from a 37 ford kit.Was modified to fit and had to tub it out a little for the back wheels. The paint is Candy tangerine from HOK over a Gold from Duplicolor.

Started this a couple years ago I have chopped two different ones The first pictures show the 3 different kit bodies. I also prostreeted it. Going to have a big block chevy fuel injected engine in it. Made the rear fenders to look stock. The reason It is taking so long to do is i painted it with The HOK from Walmart and after I cleared it the paint Cracked. So I am now just getting it back out of the CSC.

Well I have been on this for almost a year and never posted before so I guess I will give this a try. This one I built right after the delray kit came out UseHOk paints and some Photo etched stuff and detail parts also scratch built some stuff on the engine.
