This is a diecast Ford produced by SpecCast as a bank and also sold as a model kit. The tires are from AMT Ford pickup kit.

I shortened the frame of the Ford. I modified the auger utility body by adding a shortened fuel tank on the left side, crafted a rack and filled it with tools, installed a light on the boom and added decals to cab and boom, put safety stripping around the bottom of the bed, made controls for boom from straight pins and added black wire to drum on the deck of the body.

I bought the camper shell from Ebay seller, made for 8 foot box. I shortened shell to fit the Honcho box.

Built pretty much from stock kit, topper from Ebay.

I built this Revel Bronco basically stock with the exception of Olson Brothers front bumper with winch and rear bumper.

Built straight out of the box. Simple model no warpage. The last copyright date on the box.

I am looking for some oversized tires and rims for 4X4 pickup. Scenes Unlimited is not accepting orders. Can anyone advise another supplier?

Started with AMT 1953 Ford Pick up kit. Added springs,axles and transfer case from MPC Jeep Mountain Goat kit to make 4X4. I made it mildly customized with grill ,bed cover, plain tail gate and Mercury tail lights from the Ford pickup kit. Painted with Krylon Tangerine rattle can paint.

I looked at the directions you are correct FORD DEL RIO RANCH WAGON.

This is an interesting kit, could be built as regular station wagon or law enforcement vehicle. Very detailed, floor pan is separate from frame and a dome light lens is included.

What drivetrain did you use ?

1/43 scale model. Nice wrecker not sure LA had a unit 94 I know they had a HU 88.

GLMFAA1 offered me a Vector bar with proper green lens. It arrived December 6 and I installed it and painted the flasher light in the grill green ,also.

Yes the wheels came with the kit. I painted them red over chrome.

You are right but hard to find a clear to make green or green lens to fit the bar taht came with the kit

This is a advanced snap kit. The good news no warpage and pats fit really good.

Very nice models, glad to hear you had a good time. I meet many very nice people, not all were there to enter. Saw a lot of bags leaving the show full of goodies ! Thank to all who came to the show making it a success.

Spent 4 days working at the the show, very nice turnout and vendor room was busy. The model entry room was unbelievable !!. I did manage to find models at prices descent all but the Hubley Ford 2 for $25, $20 for the Hubley still in wrap. All kits are complete and not started. The 2 paints stand $10 each

Walmart had kits for Christmas sales 2019 price was not that great. After Christmas a few left but the no drop in price.
