Transporter Mopar style.
Green Duster replied to Green Duster's topic in Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
Painted it all apart. Then put it all together with super glue. Worked great. I'm not really into big trucks. But I had the L700. Being a Mopar guy. I just had to find a trailer to show off some cars. Going to take it to a model show here in central Wi. next month. Don't expect to win, just show it off. I'll try to put cars from the early 70's on there. Got enough of them. -
Got 2 of them. I'm going to get off my butt and build one. Would go along well with my Snake and Mongoose cars. You did a great job!

Got lucky on the trailer. Did some trading. Such a deal I got. The wheel on the Satellite came from the Open Road camper/ Racer back wedge kit. For the camper. Had to get 2 kits to do it. Used the wedge on the hauler in my other post in pick ups. -

Thank you my brother's. Didn't know there was so many of you! I would love to see more than the new Challenger's. I bet if they look back in the corners of the building's. They would find some of the tooling. -

I do most of mine in the winter. I don't do the winter sports. Just to darn cold. Midnightprowler is right. Anything from 1920 on up. We got a couple of good model threads going over at www.forabodiesonly.com Great bunch of guys over there. -

I wish they would bring back Pinks All Out. With a real car guy as the producer and spokes person. The whole package of the show was good. But Christianson was a joke. He ruined the show at the end. Bring it back with the 2 brothers that were on there. They were the smart ones. Can't remember there names. I watched it for the car stuff. Guess I won't be watching any more.

What Revell should put out as Kits...
Green Duster replied to TheCat's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
With the tooling from the 71 Duster kit. It would be easy to do. Only a body and bumpers/ grille. PLEASE! Any year. 67-69 would be great. -
Thats come a long way there buddy. Looking good, better than that stock one that left here.

How Many Kits Make a Good Stash?
Green Duster replied to slusher's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I have about 160 unbuilt. Thats enough for me right now. Tommorow it could be more. Yes more! I'm running out of room for the built ones. I'm very selective. I only build Mopars in general. Out of all mine. There is a handfull of brand X. -
Nice job Rickey. Color is perfect.
