  1. It's Testors Metallic Grape with PearlEx Misty Lavender pearl pigment mixed into the clear coat. I used the old man Donn Yost's method which has worked every time for me. The finish always comes out near perfect. Thanks everybody for the kind comments
  2. I've finally finished this project. It's been sitting for a couple of months without decals, but I actually found somebody that does quality decals. Basically just box stock with a little bit of clear coat. There are some places that are messed up, but that's the way it goes. No model is perfect because I know where I messed up.
  3. That's really cool, but I can't do it that small. Heck, my eyes hurt if I'm just sitting at the bench long enough
  4. Nice build. I've only built one Tamiya kit and it went together so easy. Hardly any mold lines and very little modification needed
  5. Weird, but somehow amazing. I can't explain it. It's cool though. Good job
  6. Nice build. I like that graphic on the side a lot.
  7. I really want to put the Christine decals on it. It would look a lot better with the classic Plymouth Fury stripe down the side instead of being plain old red. I'm also doing the 58 Belvedere/Fury street car.
  8. That's a pretty cool history lesson. I didn't know that at all.
  9. Thank you. That's one of the pictures I've seen. Now to try to find somebody that can help with the decals. I have one side still since the other side decided to break on me from old age. I'd like to get the decals so I can have that and the original 58 Plymouth Fury/Belvedere together
  10. I noticed that too when I did some research.
  11. My second model I've done. It's just a basic Tamiya curbside kit. The decals we're a pain because there were so many of them. It came it pretty good to me
  12. This is supposed to be the Christine pro mod, but the decals we're so old they just crumbled. I'm currently trying to find somebody that can actually make a sheet so I can call this project complete. Everything else is done. I've basically did this in my vision of an updated pro mod. Carbon fiber and a blower are the main things I did to it. This is the third model I've made, so don't be too appalled by it.
