  1. great job as usual from you!
  2. the windshield has been cut down and the door panels have been painted. I also got the underside of the interior tub painted finishing up that assembly. with any luck I can get paint on the cab in a couple of days. weather permitting of course.
  3. the seats have been mounted along with the cab pivots. the interior and cab were mocked up to the chassis while the glue on the pivots dried. next up is painting the under side of the interior and cutting the windshield. trying to time the weather so I can paint the cab.
  4. pictured are the stripes I might use on the cab. they are from model truckers. it is still far too cold to even consider painting the cab, 5 degrees as I type this. cold spell is supposed to last a few days maybe then I can do some spray painting.
  5. steering wheel assembly is kit supplied, and the pedals are from the k123 kit. the seats have been painted but not installed yet. interior has been test fitted in the cab and everything seems to be fine so far.
  6. a couple of interior pics, the dash details are kit supplied decals. sleeper walls are done and installed. steering wheel and pedals are next.
  7. thank you Carl, it's coming along......
  8. started on the interior by extending the floors out to meet the inside of the body. I also spent a little time on the sleeper bedding. finally got a little weather so I painted the sleeper walls, pics of them to follow.
  9. taillights and mud flaps are done. going for a factory fresh look. decals on mud flaps are from the kit. fender decals from model trucker. chassis pretty much wrapped up except the front bumper which I will mount after the cab is fitted. I have started on interior door jams and pictures will follow. weather has been below freezing, way too cold to paint the cab.
  10. I got the rear fenders and the 5th wheel mounted. next on the agenda are the tail lights and mud flaps.
  11. thanx guys for the info and input......
  12. great scratching Steve!
  13. great progress Jeff, it's looking the part!
  14. looking real nice Lee, the mack kits are a challenge to build!
  15. so, I went ahead and mounted them to the chassis. also mounted the toolboxes. next up are the fenders and the 5th wheel.
