I hope to make this car.

While I'm waiting on the paint to dry on the Waltrip car! I thought I'd start something new, the '68 Bobby Isaac K&K Daytona 500 car. The body will be from the Revell 2N1 kit. The chassis will be made from a AMT 69 GTX Super stock kit, I got the chassis cheap! The chassis will require a lot of modifying, but that's the fun part to me. If anyone has any clear pix of the bumpers and grille of the '68 Charger I would love to see them. As always Thanks in advance!!

Great pix! Very similar to the headers I used on my '69 500.

I'd paint it light gray and dry brush it with white!

This started as Tamiya's 1/20th scale Lola/Ford. Converted the engine to a Chevy, detailed the engine side pods and cockpit.

Those are the one's Howard (Radar43) sent me a set! Soon I'm going to try to mold and cast them!! The bath tub intake I have already cast along with the dry sump oil pan and reserve tank!

What 1/25th scale kit 426 HEMI would guy's rate the best to use in NASCAR builds?

Is this chassis easier to build into the Nichels chassis than the AMT chassis?
