  1. Why do you build curbside anyways ? Just wondering
  2. Ok so building a twin turbo v motor . Yes with an intercooler . Does the exhaust go straight into the turbo then off the turbo into the exhaust pipes or is it just branched off the exhaust manifold ? Don't need to bother with a wastegate it's just a model lol but thank you for the help. Kurt obviously that setup won't work for what I'm doing and you can't even see it, so why say something dumb anyways ? Ken
  3. Hey guys Been looking for a diagram on how turbos are plumbed onto an engine they didn't come on and not having much luck I can understand . Can anyone tell me the simple answer or link me a diagram ? Thanks for the help as always. You guys are awesome ! Ken
  4. Looks to me that maybe the color coats weren't put on wet enough . Not exactly sure though . Was the primer like that too or just after the color ?
  5. Looking good so far. Why is it so rough where the decals are ? Did the whole model come out like that? Ken

  7. Hey guys I was wondering wondering which modeling glue you all use ? I just started back building and have only used the orange tube before and I know that's not really what you should use anymore , just wanted you guys input for the best looking models possible. Thanks Ken
  8. I'm gonna do more tomorrow. I'll try to wash some of the glue off the decals before applying and see how it goes. Pics tomorrow !

  10. Decals are revell monogram out of the box.the decal sheet looks fine and when they went on no indication this was gonna happen. They looked just fine but when they dried they looked like the picture
  11. Pretty sure that silvering isn't the problem though. The decals are 22 years old and I believe there in lies the problem after looking at it , but not sure. Frustrating when you get to this point and something gets ruined like this
  12. Oh yeah that's right. Sorry half awake man. I'll give it a shot . It's my first build in probably 15 years just wanna get it done lol
  13. Anyway to fix the ones that are on the car already ?
  14. The kit date was 1998 so they are 22 years old
  15. The decal on the roof did this too
