  1. Another super tough job well done. I wouldn't want to even attempt one of these.
  2. Looks like you did a great job on those full panel decals.
  3. I don't know, but he, like Clay Kemp, are both gods of this hobby. To view their work is a special thing for us mortals.
  4. Awesome. Cant wait to see the final result. I'm sure it will be outstanding.
  5. Matt, from the looks of that front fender, it doesn't look like you need to polish it at all. Looks Awesome.
  6. Jim, Thanks for the very kind words. I really appreciate it.
  7. Thanks, Stefan, for the reply.
  8. The pictures in the wip come up better at this site for some reason, that I don't know, so if your interested how the build came together, click on the link below. http://cs.scaleautomag.com/sca/modeling_subjects/f/31/t/127470.aspx
  9. Bubba , you could always just buy either the revell snap kit or the new glue kit and then get the current Toyota resin body from mike's decal's and do it that way. Only trouble is I don't know if anyone has done decals for Busch. If there was a nascar Toyota driver I had any inspiration about building for, I would go the snap kit way, because I purchased a couple of the kits for less than 10 bucks when hobby lobby was closing them out. I could always do my own decals even for busch, but like I say, I have zero inspiration for him or any of the nascar Toyota drivers.
  10. Thanks, Chris. I appreciate the feedback.
  11. Thanks, Bruce and thanks Ed for posting the winning picture for Sheldon. I enjoyed watching the race, but thought how is this one going to be taken away from him like the ones at Dytona and Talladega were, with the stupid caution flag rule, ARCA has, at the end of a race. Hopefully this is the first of many wins for the Showstopper.
  12. Thanks, Mike. I really appreciate the kind words
  13. All look absolutely beautiful. I especially like the skoal car. Your work is always #1 in my book.
  14. Thanks, John. I really appreciate the feedback
  15. Neil, that's great that you got to see that race in person. They are racing today at Michigan this afternoon on MAVTV channel 214 if you have directtv. I'm hoping Sheldon can finally get that first win. Here is the car at Daytona. I did the Talladega car.
  16. This is the real Daytona car. I did the Talladega car. Some of the contengencies are different.
  17. It took 161 hours to complete this project. If you followed the wip, you would have seen my attempt at changing a 1/24 scale Revell Jimmie Johnson snap kit Chevy into a 2018 ARCA Toyota, which I think is really a 2016 Camry. It's certainly nothing like the current Nascar Toyota. It was an interesting build but I won't be doing anymore of these.
  18. Here are the leftover decals. The finished model pics are in the Sheldon Creed thread in this forum.
  19. Are those the kit tires? They seem overly big. Nice job on the build.
  20. My new favorite nascar driver. You did another awesome job fixing the stance, and finishing the model.
  21. I'll bite. Why don't you want to talk about this one? It looks awesome just like all your other current nascar models. You fixed the stance and the paint and decal work are topnotch. I don't get it.
  22. Thank you, Anders.
  23. Thanks, Jim and Chris.
  24. Maybe Elvin can give us some more information about his 55 Ford build.
  25. Wow, Elvin . You had to do some digging to find this one. This model meant a lot to me because I actually saw the real car run at Richmond back in 1961. It was the first Nascar race I attended.
