Just a cool looking ride. 3D printed from Black Box file. Great design. I added carb linkages, fuel lines, air lines, pre wired distributors, and battery cables. Paints are Duplicolor light and dark blue for the cab and fenders, metallic dark gray for the chassis. I used Duplicolor 1K clear on the body and Revell spray chrome for the wheels, running lights, mirrors, and side mirrors.

All of the small bits have been attached. Just need to add the front bumper. I will post under glass. Carbs detailed with Agrex earth shade for extra detail.

Thanks Juergen! I didn’t use any clear on the chrome. It was dry to the touch in about 20 minutes, but I let the parts sit for another week or so. I will say, the paint did rub off and dull if a didn’t have gloves on.

Very unique! I thought the kit looked very cool. Just finished up and posted under glass.

The kit was printed from a Black Box design. The paints that were used were duplicolor light and dark blue metallics for the cab and fenders, and metallic dark gray for the chassis. I was able to plumb and wire the motor, adding carb linkages and prewired distributors, along with all the air lines for the airbags, this kit is really cool and I may print and build another.

I like the shorter wheelbase.

Made some good progress last night. If you haven’t tried the Revell chrome spray paint, it is definitely worth it.
