  8. Chassis and motor are done. Built my own header and intake, added wiring, a revell ratrod its head and carb
  9. Engines built, might grease it up a bit. Home made header and intake, engine is wired up. A glue bomb revell model a donated the carb and head
  10. The revell '37 ford pickup
  11. Decided to run the 4 banger. In the spirit of how it was done back in the day, ill try to make as many of my own performance parts and parts box parts only
  12. Started mocking up the body, debating on removing the splash shields or not
  13. I decided to go with the pickup body, it made the most sense to me
  14. No fenders, no problem lol
  15. Started working on the '29 and realized the pickup option on the truck must have been an after thought
  16. Getting started on my entry for the 2023 t.r.o.g group build. I picked up the amt '29 woody/pickup. I didnt realize this kit the fenders and frame are molded together but the california t.r.o.g doesnt have rules against running them, so its up in the air if ill cut them off or not. So far i think ill run the kits flatty v8 and im thinking of swapping the kits wheels for some parts box artillery wheels. I also need to decide on which body to run, the woodys pretty cool but im not sure if it fits this build. But then again woodys and the california surf scene go together??
  17. Got the kit opened today, unfortunately the frame and fenders are molded as a unit. So now i have to decide whether to leave them ( the California rules seem laxed on this) or try to cut them off.
  18. Bought this at walmart to join in, not sure how im gonna do it yet
  19. Thanks!
  20. Should be pretty sweet in the firebird!
