  1. Thanks guys!
  2. Yes- you can build this kit, with the Stude kit combined with the Piranha drag car kit frame ( the other issues of the Piranha don't have the complete proper front wheels).
  3. Really nice looking build! Great detail!
  4. For those not familiar with this kit- as per instructions, I chopped the top, removed the vent pillars, and filled in the nose. I also molded in the hood, to make the body totally one piece. Pretty much a boxart build. No wiring, paint is Testor's Mystic Emerald Green, Wet Look clear. Not perfect, but I like the way it came out. Comments welcome.
  5. That's nice work! Look forward to seeing it in paint and done!
  6. Some of you know me, I've been on other sites for a very long time, but I've only lurked here. Finally decided to go ahead and start contributing here as well. Resin body; interior and chassis both extensively reworked from the Rat Packer. Tamiya Brilliant Blue paint, Yesteryear decals. Those of you who know me, know that I generally don't detail my builds (foil, wiring, plumbing, etc.), WAY to many kits to build, and getting WAY to old to put the time into it. I did foil only a part of this build, as it seemed the thing to do. I don't do replicas, but I DO try to make decent look-a-likes. Not my best work, but I think it came out ok. Comments welcome.
  7. Beautiful build!
