I've only bought 213 items from ebay since joining June 06 2020 and have only had a few issues. One item never showed and had no tracking, I was refunded the full amount. Another time I had not paid attention to the description which was in metric, my bad. Other than those two issues I've had partial refunds which I didn't ask for due to missing parts that I had alerted the seller to, informing the seller that I was OK with the deal and no refund was needed. Yes I will agree that the shipping cost have gone up but what hasn't in the past few years. I've only bought overseas a few times but from reputable sellers with excellent feedback. Ebay to me is all about finding the best deal that you can since the nearest hobby center, Hobby Lobby is over 30 min away and pretty much has what I already have in my stash.. very disappointing and a waste of my time.
