Homeowners insurance and taxes! Both went up this year as they usually do but the increases this year is astronomical. Currently I have our home and also acquired my Dad's house and property through rights of ownership when dad passed away. We just paid the two tax bills totaling $7,869.00 plus one of the homeowners policies $1,058.00 that's up $283.00 due to inflation. I can't wait to see the other homeowners policy when it arrives. ?
