i tried the notebook plastic i couldnt get it to stick to styrene with anything super glue, epoxy , white glue, nada...i got some tamiya clear blue and sprayed some of the clear sheet from hobby lobby worked great and sticks to styrene with epoxy
since im a sign painter i always have one shot on hand ive painted a few models with tamiya and for me it just wasnt quite what i wanted one shot with hardener can be buffed out if you get a blimish
finally solved my paint issues. started painting my cars with one shot enamel reduced 50/50 laquer thinner plus gloss hardener look great no buffing if i dont get trash
so far so good
what paint you guys using on your frames i like semi gloss black used the ones at walmart dont like it havent tried tamiya semi flat black anyone tried that
any suggestions just never happy with the walmart spray paints
nice job buddy i like how you didnt go crazy with the sanding some folks like to sand the cars everywhere all on the sides and down low if you want that slightly patina look keep the sanding on the top portions of the vehicle like you did . good job buddy
