I am sure he's making money but not for the time spent. I would rather spend time with my family than the time it would take to make one of those. If it's all cast then I guess not as much time as machined but still your figuring probably an hour or two work all said and done for maybe 5-10 bucks profit. Sorry but my time is worth more than minimum wage.

Completely clear resin parts is possible but not really feasible for what you are after. People have made telescope optics on resin printers, but a lot of polishing was needed and the clear resin used was not your run of the mill resin.

So these are not inventory tracked and I accidentally left it on with an inventory of one. Theoretically somebody could order a million of these and it would just take forever for me to actually ship it I'd also be a very rich man but yeah that that was my fault and I'll own it.

Here it is I put the lenses in one side for illustration but it will come unassembled obviously. The grill is open to the back like a real truck so keep this in mind.

First test prints of the grills. The lenses were done in clear, but some work is needed on the 73 Ford lenses.

You will need to talk to Scott about requesting that.

Well Scott just designed one for a Ram 3500 or 2500 but it printed fine.

I got back Sunday night I will be doing test prints of these this weekend. Look for them probably Monday or Tuesday

I will be making these and running test prints this weekend. Sorry for the long delay, but I did just get back from Colorado on vacation and between my full time orders and kids I haven't had time to print them. I also am trying to decide on how to actually split the file up.

I will be away until August 1st but when I get back any grills that Scott designs I will have on my shop.

Look I will be as honest as I can, I don't want to dedicate a printer to clear parts, I also think that your attitude is piss poor. As a general rule I am pretty easy going but your comments are rude at best. I don't due this to get insulted so...

Because printing really small objects in clear never really turn out clear and small parts are never fun anyways. Then there's the clearance issues. It's completely possible though.

I would skip on that printer and spring either for the Phrozen Mighty 8K or the Saturn 2. They are essentially the same printer, but if your willing to drop a dime you could also get the Jupiter, and last if your willing to really splurge get the Mega 8K.
