  2. Because printing really small objects in clear never really turn out clear and small parts are never fun anyways. Then there's the clearance issues. It's completely possible though.
  3. I would skip on that printer and spring either for the Phrozen Mighty 8K or the Saturn 2. They are essentially the same printer, but if your willing to drop a dime you could also get the Jupiter, and last if your willing to really splurge get the Mega 8K.
  4. Side not next week is the last week I will be taking orders on eBay and the week after is the last week I will be shipping from this month, I am headed to Colorado for vacation so if any of these projects are completed before then I will try to get them ready but I am kinda in a holding pattern for new stuff until August.
  5. Those look straight up like free candy vans all bit the third GMC
  6. I actually don't have an issue printing tires in rubber resin up to a certain size 1:18 is as big as I go with drag radials/slicks
  7. Sorry misread the post I didn't get the rigs part. Wouldn't be hard honestly though I wonder about how viable they would be.
  8. This is a whole nother problem to much time spent for limited returns. I would have to design or have one designed as I don't have time, for each model kit that wants to be done
  9. I think that's where the problem lies. If the kits are curbside then most people won't buy an engine to put in it. This is at least the problem I face selling JDM engines.
  10. Even then sometimes engines that you think will do well flop, but to go into a project knowing that it won't sell is a bad decision unless the party interested is willing to cough up a large sum of money to cover the design time.
  11. It's somewhat different but not that far off, I question the demand for it though. I barely sell any of the W series.
  12. You can always punt to me if needed, not trying to steal your thunder though
  13. Really what are you having trouble doing? I am shocked you hit a wall on something.
  14. If you already have a grill I can scan it, if it's from Ryan I can just get the file from him.
  15. I print wheels and tires I have some Bonneville wheels but not exactly those. I might bring back the salt flats though. My tires are printed in rubber resin so no need to buy pegasus tires. Zforcemodelworx is my wheel guy for reference.
  16. So thanks to Scott's hard work I did a little touch up modeling and ended up with this. Should list it tomorrow. SBF
  17. I have, but Scott is handling pretty much all of the modeling now as I can barely keep up with printing.
  18. I hope they meet your expectations but I still think they are some of the best printed engines available and some of the more unique offerings.
  19. If you think it's fine without the scan then that's fine, I don't know how detailed the models are, I was just thinking of things like on a real truck with the holes you have in a bed for mounting things and contours.
  20. Do you think a scan would be more useful? I can print it as long as the walls are thick enough
  21. A completely different option would be to have a mold 3D printed then pour and go. The only issue there is you need a 3D model of a tire, or scan a physical tire, I am probably going to scan the tires from my 1:1 car for this purpose
