  1. Hey everyone, I'm not sure if you guys are fond of rebuilds. What I'm talking about is rebuilding truck models or changing their appearance after years. I ha a couple of truck models I didn't like anymore after I had seen them on the shelf for about 30 to 40 years. About a year ago I began rebuilding one after the other! Some I just repainted, Others I changed completely! I'd love to see some of your rebuilds or customized models. Here are some of mine! Hope you enjoy them! A DAF 3300 (blue ist new), a KW W925 (silver old, white new), a Freightliner FLC (white old, brown/black new).
  2. Actually the 4070A (amt no. 1203/06 has got a perfect surface quality! I had no reason to complain! The whole kit was really fun to build compared to most other amt kits! The Peterbilt 352 COE for example was a catastrophe concerning parts and surface quality!
  3. Nice truck! I'll be watching too! I'm looking for a White Road Commander! Anyone know where I can get one? 3D printer or so? Only need the cab and interior! Still got a Box full of parts to complete it! Thanks for any hints!
  4. Nice stuff! Actually I'm looking for a cab with interior of a White Road Commander! Got anything in that direction?
  5. Absolutely! Happy you think so too!
  6. Anyone ever built the Marmon Conventional by Revell? I guess everyone can See that it's Just a Peterbilt with a Marmon radiatorgrill! I changed that by using fenders of a White Western Star! Since I didn't need the hood when I built the Brockway I thought it might look pretty good and more authentic than the standard kit. Still has the PB cabin but better than before! Hope you like it!
  7. I'm amazed to see that the Alaskan hauler ist so popular! Till a few days ago I was convinced that IT never really existed as a real truck until I actually found pics of a few in the www. IT never shows up in any historical documentaries about KW. Anyway, I've got Mine since about 1985 or so. Posted some pics!
  8. Hey everyone! I wanted to share my Brockway since it's made of a White Western Star. Actually I used only the frame with engine and wheels and the cab. The front part including fenders, radiator grill, hood and bumper were Made from scratch using polystyrol sheet. I know it's far from perfect but I think the First Impression ist quite good! The flatbed was made of a 40ft. reefer since the flatbed modelkit I wanted wasn't available! Anyway, I hope you like it! Greetings from Germany!
  9. Nice work! The numbers on the side of the radiator are 4 2, the 4 being above the 2. Are the cab, hood and radiator from a 3D printer?
