  1. Thanks to everyone! I got the message and will keep my photos in my own threads! It wasn't at all my Intention to be rude or a 'me too' guy! Hope you'll enjoy my posts anyway!
  2. Thanks Rockford, nice to hear that!
  3. That was exactly what I felt when I finished it. Actually a lot of the truck itself ist also Made from scratch since I had used the frame and engine for another tractor! I used rests of an old German M*A*N truck to fill in the spaces. The engine ist from a long gone PB352 COE. I'll Introduce my new 352 soon. The cockpit of this 359 was actually included in the 352 amt kit. The cockpit and some other parts we're missing in the box of the Revell 359. So somehow I managed to find all necessary parts to Finish my camper! Not really a toy hauler anymore!
  4. Hi everyone, I just had to share this one even If it's not as accurate as what I've seen here. Anyway, I decided to do something else than just another tractor. I have to say it's basically a Revell kit of a 359 but I wanted it to look older. See for your self!
  5. By the way, the 'dust' is Just plain baby powder! That works best! Sticks when it's supposed to and ist cleaned away easily! The wiper marks were Made with a peace of soft cardboard Cut to the lenght of the wipers and then swiped over the powder. Works every time! and I added steering. Looks better! ?
  6. Thanks! I'm glad you like it! The trailer ist a Revell kit. I just added the third axle. As I heard from the Carlile team, I've been in contact with them, the trailers become quite heavy and since they're offen longer than the standard 40' trailers they would break down with full load. This is it. Oh yes, I changed the tires of the trailer according to the ones in the tractor. Thought it might look better! That way the trailer looks eben larger!
  7. Hi, I'd like to show you my Kenworth Alaskan Hauler. I built it mid 80's and it survived several moves. Hope you like it! The Carlile team loved it.
  8. Hey everyone, I guess that was quite a bad start and I believe I owe all of you a big appology! I was so overwhelmed by all your modelling activities and didn't think at all it seems! I hope you'll all give me a second chance which I won't disappoint! I'ts up to you of course! Sorry again! Jürgen!
  9. Hi, my problem is that I can't seem to reduce pics to the size of 240kb in order to upload a profile pic. I'm probably too stupid so If anyone can give me a hint how to do that I'd be happy! I already tried by reducing the resolution of my mobile cam but that wasn't enough!
  10. Very nice! I've got only one K100, the VIT from Revell! Built it 1986. Even won a contest with it that time! Here's some pics:
  11. Awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing it completed!
  12. Hey everyone, it's me again! I just wanted to share a very special truck: An Australian road train! It's the White Western Star from Italeri in 1/24 scale! Hooked up are two Wilson live stock vans and a selfmade lumber flatbed! I built that one about a year ago! I'd love to see If anyone else did a road train. I'm always interested in new ideas!
  13. Here are a few customized models: An International S-Series and a Peterbilt 359:
  14. I like that kit too. It's actually one of my favorites and I've got 24 trucks all together! Here are some pics of mine:
  15. Great!! Thanks very much! I'll contact them! ?
  16. Hey everyone, I'm not sure if you guys are fond of rebuilds. What I'm talking about is rebuilding truck models or changing their appearance after years. I ha a couple of truck models I didn't like anymore after I had seen them on the shelf for about 30 to 40 years. About a year ago I began rebuilding one after the other! Some I just repainted, Others I changed completely! I'd love to see some of your rebuilds or customized models. Here are some of mine! Hope you enjoy them! A DAF 3300 (blue ist new), a KW W925 (silver old, white new), a Freightliner FLC (white old, brown/black new).
  17. Actually the 4070A (amt no. 1203/06 has got a perfect surface quality! I had no reason to complain! The whole kit was really fun to build compared to most other amt kits! The Peterbilt 352 COE for example was a catastrophe concerning parts and surface quality!
  18. Nice truck! I'll be watching too! I'm looking for a White Road Commander! Anyone know where I can get one? 3D printer or so? Only need the cab and interior! Still got a Box full of parts to complete it! Thanks for any hints!
  19. Nice stuff! Actually I'm looking for a cab with interior of a White Road Commander! Got anything in that direction?
