    I can relate to that. A hobby, it takes your mind away from the day-to-day (where you may not have much control) and puts you in charge of the project. I seem to enjoy the process more than the result as I rarely go back and look at the finished ones in the display case, it's all about the one on the bench now.

    I don't build a lot of trucks, but this kit caught my eye. Revell, has a nice flathead engine. The only problem I had was there is not a positive mounting scheme for the radiator shell, making it tough to line up with the hood correctly. Comments welcome, thanks for looking!

    Thanks so much to everyone for all the kind words! This one came out nicely, although looking at the pictures I think I got the taillights in upside down . The color is Rustoleum Gloss Fern. Since I haven't made the jump to an airbrush I'm always prowling the hardware stores for different colors in ratllecans.

    No kits I'm aware of? I'm pretty sure someone is making the right decals which you could put on one of the AMT COTs.

    My latest, just finished up tonight. Revell kit, went together very well. Big block, 4 speed, 12 bolt, it's all there. Thanks for looking!
