Hi Ken, I'm glad you like what I'm doing. Nobody was born knowing everything, so I believe that everything is possible. In this section, the complexity of the model is created by each person, what has to be clear is that you have to enjoy each model you build. I'm also a Tamiya fanatic. Thank you.

Hey guys, continuing with the SLK, for which I searched the internet for the inner frame of the hood and saw some real cars that are left without the cover, so that's how it will be I also cut the driver's door, and now I'm doing everything related to the location. I think I won't cut the passenger door because the assembly of the kit when installing the chassis on the body requires an effort from the latter because the chassis is a little longer than the lower part of the body, like the Hasegawa models (Lancia Delta HF Repsol). More progress coming soon. Regards, Germán.

Hi, I cut the hood off the model for which I had to make my own tool. The gas strut had to be aesthetic and functional, so I spent quite a while thinking about how to do it. The engine bay is finished. I will probably cut the doors off. Regards.

Excellent!! Beautiful model. Congratulations. -
Thank you very much Anton, I have used the magnets very little, I think in two models. This one probably takes some. I don't know Scalemaster.

Lots and lots thanks Sonny, there are several models that I have made the engine for, it must be practice. I like to represent the real model as faithfully as possible, but you must always reconcile with the reality of the model.

Thank you Carl!

Hi guys, We continued doing things, I made the supports for the upper radiator cross member and closed the fenders. Eduardo gave me some epoxy resin wheels at the time and I like how they look; it can go back to the originals. I was looking at how to make a lock to prevent the model from opening when cutting the hood and doors, to avoid possible future problems. Greetings, Germán.

Hello Bruce, this started to correct the bottom part of the model, now I am trying to open the doors and if I do the latter I will surely open the hood.

Hi guys, I bought this model some time ago (2021) and I had it on reserve/sale until now, it has some flaws from when I received it, the largest crystals are torn from the tree and the most compromised is the hood. Presentation Box (battered) And as with the first one I built, it comes with a hole in the chassis where the engine block should be, so let's get to work, that's where I started. I have not decided if I will open the hood, I will study it later. This is how everything is presented seen from below Exploded view painted Greetings, Germán.
