On the lifts I would try eBay, or your LHS might have them. I have seen a few on eBay though.

Foam board is the best option.

ok I think I got the hinges worked out, but I laid on the first coat of huggar orange before I could take pics. anyway the rod on the door skin is still drying so it will be a few days. Uploading a few pics now.

I agree with led, its always the small mods that make a model look smooth, i.e. shaved door handles and emblems and small custom work. Good work Custom, keep it up.

I'm out, mine got destroyed by Hurricane David. But here are some shots before I put the final pieces, the exhaust. Then the Hurricane got to it before I could get a picture of the final product.

Sorry I went to sleep, but before that one of the hinges came off and the was a problem with the drivers side door not seating properly. Might have to do that one over again.

Mine has a hemi, and it was done, until my little guy figured out he could pull the table cloth to bring what he wants to him.

That looks simply awesome, I got a few NASCAR Models to do myself, but they won't be in as much detail as most of you guys do.

These door hinges are fighting me tooth and nail, but I think I won. I will post pics as soon as the glue is dry.
