  1. I like the re-occuring bird in a few of those, it just adds a comical touch. Great drawings!
  2. I agree with every one else that says #3, they just look right with that color.
  3. I guess you left 'em speechless!
  4. The only movie car that I dont mind they smashed up is the 71 mustang in the original Gone in Sixty Seconds, just for the fact that it was fairly new at the time so its not like it was a hard find and it went through hell and is still around and drivable today.. now thats cool. Plus its 10 times the car the 67 stang in the remake could ever even wish to be!
  5. They need to start producing more the all steel reproductions of all these muscle cars so they can be used for these films instead of using the real thing.
  6. The flathead looks awesome, Im loving this car! Its probably my favorite car on this forum so far and its not even done! Great work!!
  7. I say genius!
  8. Well I decided not to use the chassis that came with the kit cause it just doesnt do it for me, so Im gonna use the chassis from a 66 buick riviera, with a few modifications of course. ill have to shorten the frame just a little bit and ill get rid of the bulky gas tank and spare tire indention and put in a regular tank that doesnt stick down a mile. haha
  9. OOOH OOOH, lots of chrome! Looking good! I'm building a '59 as well, actually two of them, the convertable and hardtop. they will be a matching duo, but i dont think they'll have as much chrome as yours!
  10. Awesome work, looks great!
  11. Yes sir, that is beautiful and I'm just as happy that it's done as you are!!
  12. You should move her up to 1:1, ill bring my Monte Carlo over, it needs a repaint... seriously if i could get my paint to look that good id be thrilled!
  13. the soviet union may be dead but communism isnt... go to cpusa.org.... fight for peace, equality, democracy and socialism haha wow, crazy people
  14. Seriously, if that was 1:1 and it pulled up next to me at a red light i'd be laughing until the light turned green.... definate sleeper!
  15. Yea I was trying to think of what to do with it since it looks kind of plain as well. Thanks george!
  16. Haha, I couldnt remember what that console came out of until now! It looked interesting so I thought I'd use it for this.
  17. I found a front roll pan that would match the pointed nose of the grille and stuck it on there.
  18. I have those hubcaps as well, if you're interested in them let me know
  19. Possible wheel and tire combo. Im not sure what the tires are from, i got them from hobby lobby a few years back, they were just sitting on a shelf in a plastic wrapper by themselves by the models so i stuck them in my pocket....im a thief..lol they look like lowrider tires, but im just gonna call them low profile. As for the stance on the car, i dont think ill have it that high in the back. it has those axle locating tab things that ill probably cut out and put a real suspension under it to get it lowwwww. haha Heres what i have in mind for the interior. Seats from the jolly rodger show car, the back will have the same bucket seats, but i dont know whether to just cut out the back seat or just make a whole new interior tub since this one isnt that great anyway. I guess ill wait and see if i want to use different door panels to match the seats better first.
  20. Oh I know! This project is actually maintaining my interest, maybe ill actually get it done instead of stucking it back in the box like the rest of them! haha
  21. Yes, it works quite nicely. I dont know whether or not to put hoodscoop of sorts on it or just leave the sculpture line all visable..ill try some things out
  22. Got the hood pieced together..gotta love the scotch tape.. haha
  23. Ah, I guess I didn't even notice that! I hope it works out, by the looks of it it wont take much to get it all pieced together.
  24. I had an idea a little while ago when i found the GTO grille and hood portion from the Barris raiders coach, i immediately looked over to my AMT 67 GTO kit. I dont exactly know where Im going with this since i just had the idea for the front end, but Itll probably be a mild custom. so here's what i got so far.
  25. Nice work!
