Yea I thought about the under dash thing, Ill figure something out. I was gonna try to go into a lot of detail with this model but since theres really no room for anything I may just have to keep it simple.

Well Im having troubles finging a spot to locate the master cylinder, i wanted to mount it on the frame but the trouble is the frames so narrow it will be in the way of the transmission since im making the linkages for the 4 speed. I dont think there is enough room to mount it on the firewall either. So does anybody have any ideas?

Welp, this project is being put on hold until I get paint and find a place to paint, I wish it would warm up! Once I get the motor together I can finish mock up of everything. Ill get pics up as soon as possible

nice work, this has given me a few ideas for my own projects! I will admit, rat rods are probably my favorite things to build.

There will be more, these rat rods are allowing me to use up a lot of extra parts i have laying around. This one will retain its truck values, but i liked the looks of the coupe top so i stuck it on there. This one will have dual stacks for the exhaust.

That makes me sad....its kind of like seeing a 1:1 muscle car after its been wrecked... its like a loss in the family even if its not yours!

quick mock up of the motor and I'm sticking with the fuel injection. I think it looks just fine indeed. I painted the rear wheels flat black and put a chrome ring on them, rat rods deserve to have chrome too! haha the front wheels i painted just to see how they would look with some gold in them and i kind of like it, but I will re piant them for better quality. This thing sits so low the original oil pan was out of the question, so im using a dry sump pan instead.

Ive been straightening out the frame and working on the front suspension. Today I'll start mocking up the motor and weigh my options. once I get things together Ill post some pics.

I like the looks of this. I have that kit and I'm turning it into a crazy army drag jeep with a Hemi. ha, its such a short wheelbase stock and with big slicks on it and a big motor it looks kind of cute. haha, but yea I want to see how yours turns out.

Oh, hey I posted this in the Wanted forum, but I need some valve covers for this SOHC motor, the ones with the oval and has 427 SOHC on them, and i may need heads too. If anybody has them and would like to sell them or trade them to me, let me know! thanks
