  2. Yup. Backbraced Ford 9". Ron Olsen definitely helped a ton! He created many parts I needed, from pictures I sent. He did the wheels, throttle body, fuel pressure regulator, and some other stuff, for this build. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1012599618789756/
  3. What is everyone using for large scale (1/12) v belts?
  4. Those are all beautiful. I'm building the "Drag" version.
  5. Looking for inspiration. Anyone else built one? .
  6. Ron Olsen, from 3D printing does custom stuff. He's also from Shapeways. He's doing my custom wheels and throttle body. Just because you don't see a part available, you may want to ask. Ron has a huge amount of things that aren't on the site.

  8. Thanks for the nice comments, everyone.
  9. Revell 1969 Camaro, sitting on highly modified Revell Oldsmobile Pro Stock chassis. Wired and plumbed big block Chevrolet with plate nitrous system. Painted "guards red"
  10. Yeah. Looks really big. It's the kit shifter, too.
  11. Yeah. I had an electric fan that never made it on...LOL

  14. It began as a Revell kit. The BBC engine and TH400 transmission were borrowed from an AMT 1968 El Camino. The engine is plumbed, wired, and has throttle linkage. The crab cap distributor was scratchbuilt, as was the flat firewall. The wheels were pirated from a Revell Pro Stock Oldsmobile, and the rear tires are from a NASCAR model. The seats came from a Revell Pro Stock, and the roll bar was scratchbuilt. Interior "carpet" is flocked. The paint is rattle can Duplicolor Ford Taurus "Electric Current Red" with no clearcoat with kit black stripes. Emblems, turn signals, key ring, and RD headlights are from Model Car Garage. Grille has been opened.
  15. An older build. Just a "shelf model". No aftermarket details, just a little kit bashing and detail painting.

  17. I'm getting all the parts together for a replica of the old D'Agostino / Scavo Super Street Camaro. I have collected a huge amount of parts from Shapeways. The quality of their stuff is great. I'm currently working with them to 3D print a set of the Weld Alumastar wheels for me. I'll add as I build and collect parts.

  20. Excellent work. Do you have the Trans Am to go with it?
