You can step up to a larger scale very easily. It's hard to go back to the little ones though. How about a Henry J?

Straight out of the box. This was done for an IPSM show. It just wasn't good enough for them. I didn't place in the category.

The above picture is the 1/14 resin version.

Most choppers will make the cuts, spread the roof and fill the center section. I have a book on the art if chopping and it mentioned keeping the roof in one piece and moving it forward giving the trunk a longer look. That's what I did.

My Ford truck is chopped, channeled and sectioned. The axles have been moved to sit on top of the leaf springs to lower it further. -
I have the body in 1/12 scale with interior and chassis. The Coyote engine, wheels and tires are available too.
