Input needed on a 1960 Impala
evilone replied to Pastor Plastic's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
ok bro this is a general question that calls for a huge answer bro. you can add any of the following flocking for the carpet,BMF for the chrome, variouse of the detailing wires for engine details, aftermarket wheels, and braided lines for the fuel lines and coolant lines. those are my basic stuff My suggestion is to look at the build topics and ask them what they used to detail certain parts bro. -

And just when you thought it would stop with my lowrider porsche lol boy were you guys wrong. Heres my newest lowrider build fresh from the shop and only a hour of work done on it already. everything looks good on 15" wires lol cut a hole in the hood and planning on replacing the plastic with clear styrene gonna hinge the trunk to flip foward or be completely removable like the porsche's trunk deck gonna cut a hole int the doors and replace with clear styrene so it shows the interior off more plans include but are not limited to: a complete wammy pump setup that includes a clear tank with actual oil in it, hydro cylinders, crazy bent hard lines to the cylinders, batteries, sound system, a stock yet show worthy interior, engine details, and a marble and laced candy red paint job. Stay tuned boys and girls this one should be real nice to watch

Ok so i foiled and cleared my tiny 57 chevy a few days ago. I placed it in what i call my cooking cabinet with a sign that says "anyone who opens these doors will take a long dirt nap" and i sealed it with evidence tape so i would see if the doors were opened. After about a week of curing i looked at the cabinet and it was still sealed. I thought hey sweet threats do work so my mom was wrong about that subject. I carfully opened the doors and made sure no evil creatures were around so i can remove this little sexy thing and see her in the sun. So after double checking i took it out and BAM....................... There was a hair in the clear that wasn't there when i put it in. I mean it was so bad it was like a booger hanging outta supermodel's nose . And of all places it was right on the candy part too. So i had to wet sand it and reshoot it but now im gonna raise hell with a vaccume cleaner in that cabinet.

this is why i only use the cash money idea. Also if i dont have the cash to cover it at that point then i dont need it trust me it save alot of headachs later down the road if you use this plan. -

and to get a replacement electronic smoke can is expensive. Then you have to put it back in the item that you let the smoke out of and thats mission almost impossable
