Thanks. There is a Orange ring with a blue ring inside of it to fit a 1/25 scale wheel inside of a tire with a larger opening I painted the Rig Rubber black to help blend in with the tire. It works (more or less)

It looks like you sprayed it on to heavy. Try A light (mist)coat of paint. (15 mini wait) A Medium coat (another 15min wait) then a heavier (cover)coat should work.
