    Thank you all very much. The Vietnam ribbon goes on every one of my builds, Ray. You know me too well, Rob, but I have a few sets of wide whites around. This '53 was begging for a set to keep it old school.

    Thank you Dan and Ray. You guys are quick. Just a couple of minutes and I hear from Canada and Australia. Pretty cool. Dan, it's the Lindberg kit #72172. Very nice kit to work with.

    This puppy is finished in Gravity Ferrari Rosso Metallazzato. I used their clearcoat oo. Nice stuff. Rolled the pans, frenched the F & R lights, mesh grille, 390 engine, solder exhaust.

    Most of the body is HOK sunrise pearl with the stripes in sunset pearl and tangelo pearl at the edges. I removed the chrome trim along the fin, frenched the taillights and molded in the bumpers. There's a fine mesh grille up front.
