well production has stoped on my 36 ford coupe, I dont have a paint booth and usally do my rattle can spraying out doors, but right mow there is a slight problem with temperature LOL . doesnt any booth have to pull the spray fumes outside, which means a hole of somekind to go outside ? well this thread makes me feel at home, bad thing I am probably the oldest of the bunch (72). I was in the forth grade before we got a tv,we had 3 channels .I walked to school, was in third grade before i got my first bike.raisedby the best parents one could ask for, not much mone but plenty of love

I had that kit in my hand at hobby lobby the other day, but chose 50 olds instead.I am definately going to buy that kit Ronnie looks like you are off to a great start on it grey and black sounds good!

I do enjoy building models of all kinds, I began building when i was in jr high school, I may be the oldest member here just turned 72 and still play with trains planes and cars

working on my amt 36 ford this morning , and have had problems with several things fit for one, now I expect a little trimming to get a good fit but not this much. the radiator hose's for the flat head just arent long enough ?, the notches for the metal axels were'nt right hte axles had nothing to hold them in , so just wondering if any one else had these problems, and which model manufacture do you think has the best quality kits . I have never used this product but plan to order some and give it a try, looking on e bay i see different #s on different packs, can you give me some advice so I dont buy the wrong kind, I plane to use it for trim and window frames, and also want to ask if you guys use it over chrome plated kit bumpers etc. thanks Ronnie

starting this 36, it will be very mild custom, blu and silver is the colors will use for the body. was wondering if any one has built this kit it has a place to hinge the hood but i think it would be fixed in opened position, trying to figure a way to have removable hood to view motor, any help is appreciated Ronnie [attachment=77532:IMG_1666.JPG sorry for bouble pic
