    Fujiwara Trueno - '83 Trueno from the manga and anime of Initial D, one of the most famous AE86. Trueno - pop-up headlights, sold in the US as the Corolla. Levin - standard style headlight, wasn't sold in the US. Zenki - early model, AE86 - '83-'85. Kouki - late model, AE86 - '86-'87. AE86 - Levin or Trueno with the 4A-GE engine (dual overhead cam).

    I got these over the week. The Celica from Zukiholic, the 1/32 kits for a small scale build off on another forum and the Panda AE86 because its a zenki. And just a note to anyone who asks, I am NOT building the Fujiwara Trueno.

    Those appear to be Fujimi BBS RG Here's the Volk Mesh, box shows a four lug wheel but really is a five lug.

    Tamiya did do the Z31 chassis, it even comes with a well detailed engine.

    You might be thinking the Bigfoot Fastrax, M48 personnel carrier chassis with two Ford 460ci engines and C6 automatic transmissions. The body is the upper half of a fiberglass replica of a 1990 Aerostar.

    I built this for last years NNL West theme Cats & Rats, I finished it but didn't take pictures till now. Body is painted Tamiya Champagne Gold with a flat black for the vinyl and a kit decal for the off-set stripe, interior is white and black. front and rear grills done with India ink and a technical pen dead turtle shot the box

    The Ford Pinto, proof that bean-counters kill people. During development of the Pinto it included airbags and rubber fuel bladder but was dropped to "lower" cost on the final product.
