I have some of the Tamiya bottle paint I planned to use for washes, I don't want to end up ruining a nicely painted piece because I did something wrong. Will the Tamiya thinner X-20A will it remove the Tamiya and Model Master lacquer paint? Whats the best ratio of thinner to paint?

I don't know, I've built the three window kit and usally when I've bought another '32 it ends up being traded. Now if a couple of each kit was laid in front of me I would choose two styles. #1 Sedan with bobbed rear fenders, 392 Hemi, white wall wrapped Torque Trust with candy root beer paint and white checkered scallops. #2 Highboy roadster, 392 Hemi, black wall tires on cream steelies, and a dark green paint job.

This build is on hiatis while I wait for replacement parts from Revell, in the spare time I'll trying different body mods with the old body.

Tamiya Smoke (bottle X-19 and spray TS-71) I use this with good results, the bottle stuff can be airbrushed and used as a wash when thinned down. The rear windows and sunroof when done with the spray, mask and spray in light mists

This'll be a future project, Revell Honda Civic coupe. I'll use the stock front and custom rear bumpers. Grille ground out with a dremel. SMS carbon fiber on hood. Wheels are two pairs of front Aoshima Volk Mesh and tires are Pegasus lowrider tires, wanted a JDM style wheels with stretchwall tires.
