As to a picture of a 32 Ford heavy frame , uh no , not at this time . I can tell ya the frame was the same regardless of the type of rear wheel . Springs were added to facilitate any extra wheight as it was with the Model T frames . I would sugest googleing the early Ford Club of America archives ............ they recognize any and all Ford and Mercurys 1932 -53. Ed Shaver

Remember the first revell '55 CHEVY ?

The Revell 55-57 Chevrolets of the early 1960's are crude by todays standards . I say that as I can easily look at one of the real cars all too easily . Shoot, I used to think that Revell's 57 Nomad was the hottest ticket since an automatic brake holder on a shifter , ( HURST- LINE -LOK ) . Since then , Revell had the forethought to re- tool some of it's "Gimmicky" 1960's offerings . Hey, if I want opening quarter windows , opening trunks , opening hoods , doors, etc , I'll cut them open . There are tutorials here on M C M that are well written , well detailed , well edited and well done ................... Ed Shaver -

How Do You Use Your Decals?
Eshaver replied to Dr. Cranky's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Virgil, usually I don't use the decals supplied in a kit . I generally build a stocker and seldom need race car sponsors or the usually not sized correctly licence plates . When decals wre supplied for an interior or a engine compartment , I will use them . if a car had graphic stripes for an exterior , I have been known to have used them . Outside of that, I give them away. Ed Shaver -

This topic has been done to death. The model companies will never learn , but here goes , AGAIN ! 1950 White C O E either a straight delivery or a combination 1939 Studebaker Coupe Express truck 1949 Hudson Pick up 1962 Dodge D-500 1963 Chevrolet C O E any combination Ed Shaver -
If you "Google " solid rubber tires , over the years , several designs have been incoorperated into the sidewalls as roads in the early 20's were awful. A "Non " pneumatic tire would certainly be an advantage . However , the punisment transmited into the cab leaves me very unsure . Ed Shaver
