Hit the nail on the head there Ed. Except mine's a Dodge. Before the engine went, I needed O2 sensors (4 of the lil rascals) THEN, the timing went, which tore up the water pump, which is completely internal. Needless to say, my Intrepid is sitting in the garage with a cover on it til I can get the CRAPPY 2.7 pulled and replace it with a 3.5. Next to it is my 94 S-10, covered til I can get some work done. So, I have 2 cars in the garage now, one that won't go, and one that won't stop. LOL Now, thanks to a friend, I'm driving a 2003 Olds Alero GLS.
