The response I got from Revell about the Cutlass and Regal were.......not delayed, not postponed, but CANCELLED altogether. They won't give any more information than that. My take is that they do not feel that there would be enough interest in these kits, when they KNOW that there would be. Since Revell sold out, they have stopped caring about the consumer. I would prefer a Revell kit over AMT any day, they're more detailed. But that's just my $0.02.

Just an Idea Clay, but get a sheet of aluminum BMF for the floor, that's what I used and it looks realistic.

There's still no change on the red test hood I cleared. Still looks good.

There are 2 OOP AMT kits, Chevy C3500 Dooley, and it's custom version, C3500 Street machine. Ebay is about the only option, quite a few on there right now. I picked up 2 (sealed) for $24 shipped about a month ago.

Personally, when I spend too much time at the bench, everything starts looking the same. When that happens, it's pointless to keep going because then I'll screw something up. I've had to take many breaks from the hobby just to re-gather myself.

No prob, I figured if the stuff is good, let everyone else in on my "secret" lol. I've heard that Valspar actually makes House of Kolor, so it should be a great paint. I used their gloss white when I repainted my Brookfield dually. Laid out great, so I figured I'd check to see if they had a clear, lucky me I found it. P.S., I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who utilizes the 40% off coupon. LOL

Now that is just wrong, how can someone do that to a car??
