From what I've learned over the years, any 57 chevy passenger car could have been ordered with either the 270 horse fuel injected engine or the 283 horse fuel injected engine with solid lifters. I have seen 2 150 sedans with correct date codded 270 horse fuel injected engines. The race prepped SEDCO cars had a larger fuel tank with four straps, six lug wheels, and the 283 horse engine. The fuel injected cars where later banned by nascar and they were all converted to dual four's. I have a 150 I've been building for a while, and cant wait to actually get the kit.

Looks real to me, but seems to be missing the front brakes.

There are no screws in the front license plate, but the windshield looks way to flush to be a model. I would guess real.

I say real, looks to have alot of weight on the tires.

The bumper on your model is a stock 32 ford bumper, but the car in your avitar actually has 49 plymoth bumpers. The plymouth bumpers are alot thicker and wider than the ford bumpers. Heres a pic of my old truck with the plymouth bumpers.

My dremel had a variable speed control switch, I pulled the switch out and trimmed the plastic stopper off so I could turn the switch just a little further down. Now it turns about half the speed it originaly turned on low.

I've put several differnt 1/25 scale bodies on my kyosho mini z and xmods.

I would say its definitely probably a real model.

Looks like a model, but there seems to be a parking lot reflecting in the bumper.

I'm not sure, but I dont think mclaren uses plastic lug nuts, so I'd say model. But I really want that kit if it is one.

Hello, I've been on the other site for a while and just found this site. I cant belive how great this site is compared to the other. The 1:1 section is great, and I've really missed the real or model forum. There is alot of good stuff here, and not alot of negetive comments. Anyway it just seems like a really good place. Henry
