Hi guys, wow! He have are a lot of very nice 70 Chevelle, here two of mine, First one, 1970 SS454, It's an Monogram 1/24, the color it's an special mix, i try to make an Testor special mix to replicate Automn Gold, ok! i'm not exactly right on, it's more brown then gold, but at the time hi built this Chevelle i am very satisfied of the result. The second one, another SS454, but this one in "Resto-Mod" style, it's an Revell Snap-tite 1/25, an nice curbside model. Testor Silver rattle can with a clear cote and pegagus wheels set. Daniel

Thanks, this kit with an bass boat is from Revell, it's an 78 with a V6, this was re-edited few year ago into the Lowrider series, it's was also possible to built in stock version. Cool! MPC also made an ElCamino from that era, 1979 into "Royal Knight" (something like that), converted into 1980 and after transformed in to an GMC El Diablo, this kit was the base of the AMT '86 SS. Thanks Brent! I use the AMT kit for the interior and chassis, the body is coming from an built-up Monster Truck model, then have with an 83/84 ElCamino body, hi didn't know the name of that kit. Daniel

Hi, there is my latest built, an 1984 Chevy ElCamino, i use the AMT '86 SS kit, and i switch the body for an non SS one like 83 or 84 body style, the seat is coming form the Trumpeter 78 Monte Carlo, the color was Crismon Métallic and 1984 GM color in PPG base-coat clear coat paint. Thereis my 84 ElCamino... Daniel

Me too i do the same experiance with an 66 Mustang GT conversion kit from Modelhaus, i order one, i receive it when i try to use, i didn't find in my Alibababa cavern, i order an other one from Modelahus when i receive the second i discovered where is the first one! Thanks all for your comments, if you come in Toledo in october be there with my Nova. Wheels was resin cast from Scale Equipment, hubcap from Drag city Casting (his mixed box), valve cover from the AMT 72 Nova i just make some little modification, for the hoses and the oil cap. Air cleaner are from the AMT 1970 Monte Carlo. Daniel
