I think that number two is growing on me as well. The wood is a really big single decal. I was so scared when I was putting it on. I just new that it would tear. I still need to pick a color for the interior and paint the under body, as well as the engine. It should not be to much longer and this one will be done. Justin

Thank you everyone for the great comments. However please understand that this is not the only thing she got for her birthday, if it was I would not be writing this out right now. My wife got me the Scale Motor Sports PE and Decal set for the Porsche GT kit and the Fully Monte Decal kit for the Nissan GTR.

Thank you for the ideas.I will check out some of those magazines for some help. I still have a lot of work on the Ford to even come close to what is see in my head. The reason I ask this question is because when I stopped by my LHS today to pick up just one can of paint I came across two new Tamiya kits. They were the new Aston Martin and the new Mercedes Benz kits. While looking at them both my inner demons were like just get them and ask for forgiveness later. Knowing that this would land me in the dog house my better judgment came over me. I put them back and and walked to get my paint and leave. I think that next time I should just stay away from the model section. So my question to you guys is which way would of you gone Forgiveness or Permission?

It is a Monte front and rear clip with a 55 Nomad sides and windshield frame. I did not add the roof to it. The sound system is from the Fast and Furious kit. Thank you for the comment. It has been my longest stalled project (3 years) I call it a Lomad. Justin
