  1. This was a quick build to kill time before my daughter was born. Took two weeks to complete. Tamiya paints and clear plus tinted windows and head light covers. Wheels are from the Dubs Mustang GT and the Grill is scratch built with half round stock then sprayed with Chrome. Hinged the bedcover and made gas springs for it. I also added a new exhaust tips coming out the rear role pan. I also slammed it as low as it could go with those wheels. I Really enjoyed building it!
  2. This is amazing. All of this hard work going into this it would be a shame to cover it all up. I vote for leaving it unpainted. This way you could show off all of your excellent work!
  3. You could of left it for all of that space luggage. Either way I still think it looks cool!
  4. I swear honey the panties are for a model I am building. Ya that would totally not work for me. I will be following this build with great intrest.
  5. More please. This is one stealthy bike. Looks outstanding!
  6. This is my entry for a year long build off. The kit is a Airfax that I picked up a few years ago. It is 1/25 scale so there is not a lot of detail to it but I tried a few new things with it. I scratched a new suspension spring for the trail arm (I think that is what it is called). I also tried to add the heated look to the exhaust as well as a few weld line. 95% of all the decal work was done setting in a hotel room while out on business. Thanks for looking.
  7. Thanks for the comments all. After looking pretty close at a few pics I see my chop is a little off from the window. Either way I have never finished a chop. Soi am happy that this one came out as well as it did. Thanks again
  8. Th color is tamyia light green pearl. I have some wash i should of thought to use it. Maybe I can reach through the window. The rear window is clear green styrene. Thanks for your nice words.
  9. Here is my latest build. It is the new 61 ford Galaxie. It is a curbside so I thought that I would try to do something fun with it. This is the first chop that I have ever finished. Over it was a blast to do. It is mostly box stock. The wheels are from the Chrysler Turbine car. Scale Motor Sports decals on the seats. Tamiya paints and polished out to a shine. Not to mention some BMF.
  10. If they ask about it tell them it has taught you to focus on the little details. As well as follow directions and achieve a high level patience.
  11. My wife has supported me and my hobby from the beginning. She has even tried to go out get me the kits that I always pass on because of price or skill level. She always helps me with colors schemes and things like that. I love her to death but sometimes she really misses the mark on colors. However I would not trade her for anything in the world
  12. The first one is four so they will be a good distance a part. As I am starting to model with one I will need to change the other.
  13. We are waiting to tell people, but I just cant keep it in any longer so I thought that I would share the news here.  :D :D

  15. That is awesome. I have pulled this kit out and restarted it three times. I want to be the first to say that I am going to steal your idea. That is awesome. Great eye and keep going I would love to see this one finished up
  16. Could you skip the cylinders and go with bags only? Just a thought. Either way will look great.
  17. Do you think I would look good with a mustache? Where's your El Camino? Where's your El Camino You two builds are spot on!!!!!!!
  18. Thanks JB. I did lower the suspension in the back and I flipped the spindles over in the front. The wheels are 1109's from Pegasus. The pluming came from Detail Master and Parts by Parks. These its can be found at a well stock hobby shop or on line. Thanks again Justin
