  1. Nice truck, it's got all the right attitude.
  2. I love it in primer. Gives it a great look. Thanks for sharing.
  3. You have to prioritize, of course, and family and other responsibilities come first, but you should still be able to designate an hour a week (minimum) for getting some building time in.
  4. For a minute I thought you were talking about "our" Harry!
  5. Excellent build, Neal. And from the looks of the pictures (I copied some) you are clearly having a blast!
  6. Those ghosted flames are very cool. Nice.
  7. Great to see you back on this one, Ryan. Keep it going, it's definitely a worth while project.
  8. My formula (or secret, if you want to call it that) is hitting the bench while everyone sleeps, which means, often working from 11pm to 3am, and on the weekends from about 6am to 11-12pm. You'd be amazed how much work you can get done while everyone is asleep.
  9. Speaking of spectacular details, feast your eyes on some more:
  10. Very cool subject matter, an excellent model indeed. Thank you.
  11. Ooh, I really like that interior. Nice.
  12. Very cool, like the colors a lot. What scale is this?
  13. That's the spirit, and the way to continue to paint and create more models. And, of course, have fun while doing it.
  14. Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.
  15. Amazing, and what a wonderful display case . . . wishing you many great years of building there.
  16. I would take a wild guess and say the 32 Ford.
  17. Nice job on the shine and I really like that color.
  18. Charles, I like how you brought out those lines. Very nice. Keep it going.
  19. I've always apply my clear coats on the same day, sometimes 3-5 coats and then put the body away to gas out. Now, if a few days later I feel it needs another coat, I wet sand the body, and then hit it up with one or two more coats . . . that usually works. I would recommend that same process if you have cleared your body and a couple of weeks later you want to add more clear, etc . . .
  20. Frank, that looks very cool.
  21. This thread IS indeed picking up some great speed and some wonderful eye candy is being shared. Thank you.
  22. Donn, a messy bench usually represents a great bout of creativity, it's always a good sign. Just don't let the dust settle.
  23. Love the decal work, makes the model really POP!
  24. Roger, the new build is looking pretty darn good.
