  1. Thank you, Paul. I think they are listening.
  2. Thank you all, the more of us who express an interest in having these figures and kits in 1/24th, the more motivated the company will be to put them out. Michael Fichtenmayer is a heck of a model builder, and a professional. I've known him for several years and have done business with him a couple of times and have never been disappointed.
  3. Welcome to the forum, Sean. Looking forward to your sharing eye candy with us.
  4. That's a beauty, Harry. The red wheels really contrast against the black.
  5. Brett, that looks very interesting all junked up and quartered like that. It's a piece that could be a great as part of a larger diorama or scene.
  6. Wonderful project. Loaded with a lot of details too. Very nice. Congrats.
  7. I'm sure they will do some more great stuff.
  8. I do too. Seeing this one makes me want to finish mine. Great job.
  9. Jeff, I can see her already in a whole bunch of garage dioramas putting the finishing touches on a custom or a rat rod!
  10. Putting on some excellent details. Keep it going.
  11. Jason, these look great. You should share them on here as well: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=52127&pid=661508&st=2360&#entry661508
  12. Barrio Guy could sport a few tattoos from Archer and he'd be perfect next to a rat rod. You can see how our imagination is already getting CRANKED UP.
  13. Superb craftsmanship, Brad. Keep it going.
  14. Here's the main website: http://industriamechanika.com/blog/
  15. Shane, just go over to FB and let them know. I am trying to get lots of people to say they'd be interested because then they'd do them all in 1/24th scale. We all benefit from it.
  16. Here are some of the pictures: And here's another cool one:
  17. Folks, Michael Fichtenmayer and INDUSTRIA MECHANIKA are putting out some amazing models, including lots of super cool figures. Here's the link. They are interested to find out if we (model car builders) would love to have these figures in 1/24th scale. The more of us who say yes, the more likely the chances they will print copies in 1/24th. http://www.facebook.com/IndustriaMechanika It's a different subject matter, but the figures can easily be utilized in our dioramas and photo op builds. Thank you to tuning in. Best, Doctor Cranky.
  18. At this year's BAMA show (all all the shows I remember) Tommy May was kind enough to set up the photography table and he got lots of the models that he thought would look cool in the magazine photographed, and it's a great idea for people to take the initiative and set up similar tables and photograph the models from their local shows. This makes the coverage more thorough and then the magazine benefits from it. I am very pleased with the coverage and sometimes I like to see a model photographed from several angles, etc . . .
  19. Beautiful job, and a very unique model, Chuck, never before seen . . . so congrats, and thank you for the great inspiration.
  20. WOW, it's great to see it, Dave. Thanks for sharing it. Finally it's coming out.
  21. Cool, I will run over to check them out.
  22. Sounds cool indeed. The potential for having fun is very high.
  23. And Harry, you did a great job making all those photographs look better, which in turn made all the models really stand out. It's a great issue, and thick too.
  24. Dave, I saw that, and I agree, you can probably go a bit larger so that it holds at least two cars. And I would go with cement floors and maybe stucco walls. There are so many variations, but these kits also come with enough plexiglass to cover the top and sides and front so that it ends up encasing the model in a dust free environment. Lots of options, that's for sure.
