  1. At the rate we are painting up bodies, we might want to put a cologne out for men called ENAMEL! And for the ladies, one called AU DE LACQUER!
  2. Scott, I love it. Thanks for sharing it.
  3. Wow, talk about a big and beautiful boat of a car!
  4. Come on, folks, some of you are old enough to have a picture or two with Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, no? Big Daddy was always attending cars shows all over the place.
  5. Wow, the model I'd love to see you finish is that two-tone truck to the side!
  6. I agree with all of the above. Wonderful subject matter.
  7. Beautiful model. Thanks for sharing it.
  8. Erik, that's some sweet scratch-building you are doing there, buddy. Thanks for sharing.
  9. I met Linda in Tucson at a party once and I really fell in love with her, although she's much older than I am, but she sings like an Angel, still!
  10. Mr. Verkerk, you sir are killing me with your build. It's outstanding and it clearly shows how you are pouring your heart into it! Thank you for sharing the eye candy.
  11. Eelco, no worries, I love this picture so I will use it. I want to show what amazing work everyone has going on right now just to help recruit more builders to join the CARAVAN. THANK YOU!
  12. Perfect, I am saving the pictures of your WIPs now as you post them. I will make the slideshow video by Sunday night or Monday to give everyone time to post a picture of where their wip is currently. THANK YOU, and keep up the great work.
  13. Okay, now I realize how the genetic make up goes in your family. Pamela = actress and Steve = Great model builder!
  14. Mr. Brown has lots of colorful names in California. I was a student there when he was Gov. the first time around so I have his signature on my diploma and the funny thing is that it has a very recognizable leaf of a very recognizable plant next to his name.
  15. No, I'm telling you they had 3 left two weeks ago and I bought all three. Sorry.
  16. If that's the case, Steve, can you get me an autographed photo? Harry, I thought you'd notice the handle bar mustache.
  17. Wow, some great pictures. It's interesting that many who attend car shows will still run into these amazing people and take pictures with them. We better do it because there's a whole generation moving on. Keep 'em coming. Again, I wonder how many folks have collections of these pictures, autographs, any type of memorabilia . . . I know a few builders here have NASCAR vehicles autographed by the drivers.
  18. All right, Patrick, that's what I'm talking about. Nice picture. I remember seeing someone had a picture they'd taken with Mr. Bill Hines. How about some of the folks who might have stuff by Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, anyone? Rob, and you didn't get at least an autograph from her?
  19. STOP THE PRESSES! Folks, I'm writing this in big letter so you will pay attention for a moment. Will everyone take a moment and please take ONE PICTURE (the best picture you can muster) of your build where it is right now and POST it here. With your permission I would like to make a photo slide video for the Lab-RAT-ory channel of all the your WIPS as they are right now. THANK YOU! You can post your single picture and then continue on with the build.
  20. The BIG thanks go to Donn Yost for the 50 years he's put into perfecting this amazing technique. And no, Donn, I am not implying you are an Old Man!
  21. Efren, I wrote you a message back in your YOUTUBE CHANNEL to thank you for the amazing gift you sent me. Wait until you see them on the Highway to Hell diorama!
  22. Andy, this is sort of funny! Why do you think Hobbylinc ran out?
  23. I thought the Gov. of California was Linda something or other. LOL!
