  1. I love the idea, Chuck. Why not? Go for it. The objective in this hobby is to have fun, and that project looks like a lot of fun.
  2. LOL, Rob, you caught me with a fairly new and clean cutting matt which I use for these kinds of shots . . . It's true, it's true . . . I think EYEGORE is the real builder in the Lab-RAT-ory!

  10. Thanks, Michael . . . well, I've made a little progress on the chassis and the body. Unfortunately, I've decided not to stick with the original paint at all, so you know this one is headed into that rust and gunk universe Doctor Cranky calls heaven! Some of the elements are already in primer and the rust basecoat . . . I added an extension to the rear axles so that the tires would stick out a little more . . . And I like wide white walls, so I ABd them on with my circle template and Vallejo white paint . . .

  22. Thank you Tony and Walt. Yes, the minute I saw it and the two kits were on the shelf (67 VW Panel Truck and (John Mazmanian 41 Willys) I knew I was in for another styrene adventure. I am making progress. Got all the parts and am now working on the cab components.
