  2. Oh, man, I love the looks of that one. Keep it going. It's going to be a killer ride!!!
  3. Wow, that was fast! Great job, although we certainly would have loved to have seen more pics!
  4. Thanks, yeah, I've been thinking about the possibility of using a rear end up front . . . today, if the temperature and weather hold, I will spraying primer. Oh, and no, the jury still out on the dualies . . . so don't give up hope. I haven't!!!

  11. I am using one solid piece of brass tubing and then a piece of brass wire that goes inside . . . let me see if I can dig up the picture of the materials I use . . . hold on . . .
  12. Well, here's the trunk now . . . Instant ice box for all the beer. Some bottles and rock salt will finish this sucker off in due time . . .
  13. I got the suspension finished . . .
  14. Here are my wheel and tire candidates so far. The dualy idea is still possible . . . I'm trying out different things, but I want the big/little combination to get a better raked stance to the whole thing . . . I'm also adding this little perfect touch to the rear bumper . . . you know, like a foot rest or mud scraper or something!!!
  15. These are all great things to think about. Of course, if I open the trunk, you know what it needs to be, right? Of course! What else? A cooler with cold beer!!! The jury is still out on the dualies . . . we'll see . . . Stay tuned in for some progress pics . . .
  16. I realize I'm gonna have to try those . . . I want to have white walls in the back and not up front . . .
  17. Here's the chassis with the suspension in place . . .
  18. Thanks, HD. I think it is going to stay a trunk . . . I like the swoop down of the Caddy trunk. It's going to have a new bumper though . . . added to the existing one . . .
  19. So far it is photographing well . . . The grill is not going to ride this low, of course . . .
  20. Here we go, some mock up shots of where Cranky is tonight on this thing.
  21. I love the fact that the totally INSANE hang out on this forum! That is SO SO SO COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLL!!!!
  22. How did you know I was using a good pair of doilies as interior matts?
  23. Duellis, Duollis, duallis . . . there are definitely many different ways to skin a cat.
