  1. Im looking for two of the chrome air tanks out of the Mack DM kits. Just wondering if anyone out there has a couple of those they might sell me..... Thanks, Ryan
  2. I've had good luck using MMD White putty with resin. It seemed to sand really easy, but Im currently working on my first project involving resin, so im kinda in a learning process, but that stuff works pretty good. I think it costed me around $5 for a tube of that stuff.
  3. Ya that is sad. I drive the only mack in a sea of kenworths in our company. its one of the original trucks. When it was new it had the big E9 500 in it with the 12 speed mack. Wish it still had that kind of power. Seems like everyone is goin to freightliners. To me theyre just cheaply built disposable trucks for fleets. I like my mack! But it will probly be the one and only i ever drive. it was my first truck. Started when i was 19 and this is only my second year, but its a good truck.
  4. this is a 1985 Mack superliner I drive. Has a 3406B Caterpillar with a 13 speed Fuller tranny.
  5. Alright thank you very much. I was gonna go with a tan color, but i just wasnt sure. I drive a superliner and its that grey gunmetal type color inside. Im building my dads first log truck. hes got pics, but just none that showed the interior. It had a 375 V8, so im using the motor out of the DM 800 kit for my build. I think it looks pretty close to what the real motor was.
  6. Hi i'm new to the model cars forums and was wondering if anyone can help me out... Im looking for some pics of a Mack RL700 interior mid to late 1970s.
