  1. I started this a couple years ago then put it away because I did not like the way it was turning out.My goal was to build a 34 roadster of the not so distant future, the plan was for it to have an electric motor, joystick drive, hubless wheels. basicly a complete electric car.it would have a complete carbon fiber body (decals of coarse). I used the body from the 34, ford front end from the alumna coupe, and the windshield frame from the smoothster, and this is what I ended up with. Now should I continue with this or start over?
  2. heres a couple shots of interior frame ane engine. interior has been shortened and has scratch built rear bulk head. frame is scratch built using flat stock and two front suspension added.the engine and transmision have been modified to represent a transaxle setup.
  3. heres a couple more shots of interior and chassis. chassis is stock corvette with the suspension lower a little. front half of interior is from the 63 cougar II snd the rear half is the covette.
  4. Thanks for all the comments on this build. Here are a couple more pictures,
  5. 40ford converted to a phantom 40 chrysler pickup. made a custom bed molded in atlantic rear fenders. took the front end of the atlantic molded to front end of the ford cab.chopped the top of the cab, reshaped the hood.scratchbuilt interior tub.dash, seats are from atlantic.frame is the 40 ford with front and rear suspension taken from a nascar.engine is a resin cast sraight 8 taken from the 1935 mercedes 500k. scratchbuilt turbo, intake. exhaust headers, etc.too much to list, enjoy pictures.
  6. with all the talk about a mid engine corvette I decided to try my luck at building one. took a c6 corvette moved the mid section forward (cab forward design lol). did not want to change the wheel base. moved engine to back by using a second front suspension. may not use this engine but set in here so you can see the idea. reshaped the back end of the vette. wheels are off the concept camaro. there are also bits and pieces of a ferrari in there also.
