I've been a modeler off and on since childhood in the late 70s. I started with Lindberg and Revell snap kits, then AMT's 'Countdown Series'. I mostly seem to collect new and old kits now, though I do build occasionally.  I really need to tackle my stash.

My interests in modeling run the gamut from '60s-70s AMT, MPC and Johan annuals, to 80s Monogram muscle cars and stock cars, to the latest from Aoshima, Ebbro, Fujimi, Hasegawa, Tamiya etc; Round 2 reissues, Revell and Moebius kits.

Favorite subject matter includes '60s-70s full size cars, muscle cars, sports cars, F1 and other open wheel race cars, modern luxury and performance cars with the occasional pickup or heavy truck in the mix. I love restoring old builtups, and also am into resin kits.

Originally from Eastern Ohio, grew up in Marathon in the Florida Keys, moved back to NE Ohio for college then Ann Arbor, Michigan for grad school, followed by 20 years in the West--- over a decade in Colorado (Colorado Springs and Denver), and almost a decade in Phoenix, Arizona.   I moved back to NE Ohio in 2017. 

I'm a professional software engineer with interest in corporate portals, financial systems, distributed systems, large scale system integration, and new and emerging web technologies. Also involved in dog rescue and fostering, specifically small terrier breeds.

I'm also a 1:1 Cadillac, Jeep and Mustang owner and enthusiast.
