  1. which kit has a good 1/25 wheel? the monogram wheel is very nice, but its too big for 1/25 projects

  3. the original 1;1 runs around the Detroit area these days..along with a couple black beautys and a hand full of gen lees...
  4. take two..the original master was suplied by bill coulter. i finessed it to fit the vert test shot i had . after selling a couple, turns out they changed the tooling after i received the test shot. now it fits the production kit.
  5. actually, its a modified repop of the all american resin 36 ford phaeton originally mastered by lee baker. enjoy...

  9. the rampage was the very first thing i ever cast. the rampage was still in the showroom when i took measurements, so its been a long time! some day i will remaster it.

  11. been on the do to list for years. missing links coupe had to be molded first. now its on the the truck!. this is todays work. moving along much faster the the ranchero did.
  12. thanks for all the kind words. as for the bed..i did a model of my brothers 1;1 truck.. his has the later bed on it, so thats why its in my kit.

  18. we do have decals for the ranchero..theyre made by smbc!
  19. heres the deal. motor city resin casters, smbc, missing link resin, and morgan auto detail are 4 separate resin companies that got together and formed a co-op call detroit resin automotive group, DRAG for short. we share a building and we do work for each other, thats why you will sometimes see product crossovers. earlier this year a prominent figure in the model car world stopped by and did an interview with us that hopefully will be published in one of the mags . we.ve seen the article and when its published it will help ya'll to understand how this all works. jeff

  21. actually, chris is no longer involved with smbc, and hasnt been for quite awhile. his brother paul was always the driving force behind the endeavor and is now the sole proprietor of the operation. buy with confidence, paul is a great guy to deal with.
  22. only thing we can do as quality casters is wait out the fly by nighters... eventually they will fail..
